Returns
All returns require prior approval. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return costs, including shipping and handling. Please email info@woodsroom.com for returns.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost incurred by Woods Room Bike Shop.
When shipping items back, we strongly recommend insuring your package to protect against loss, damage, or non-delivery. Woods Room Bike Shop is not responsible for returns—including approved returns—that are lost, damaged, or not delivered. Once your return is received, a Sales Representative will process it. Please note that some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
